Conditions of Hire
A deposit of $750 or a negotiated fee must be paid to secure your booking.
Must be paid 7 days prior to your function.
If in the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following will apply:
Less than 14 days notice any costs committed will be incurred by the Hirer. Less than 3 days notice the full cost of hire and associated services will be incurred by the Hirer.
Confirmation of Numbers
To ensure efficiency we require an accurate estimate 1 week prior to the event.
This aspect must be arranged by the Hirer.
You may supply your own. We do not sell alcohol but we are happy to serve it. All beverage staff must have their Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. At some functions at least one waiter must be in attendance for legal reasons.
The sound equipment (speakers, amplifier, CD player) and lighting are included in the hire cost. Any additional equipment whatsoever is at the Hirer's cost.
All breakages of hired equipment must be paid for by the Hirer.
Safety and Security
Fire extinguishers and emergency equipment shall not be interfered with under any circumstances unless in case of fire.All passageways, aisles and exits shall be kept clear and usable for public safety.For safety and security reasons a Dance World representative may at his or her discretion close the entrance doors and/or refuse admission to any person.Dance World may immediately terminate a function that has become disorderly.
Only on Public Holidays - 25%
The Hirer will be responsible for, and be required to make good, any loss or damage of property, furniture, appliances and fittings.Dance World accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damages to property belonging to either the Hirer or any other person attending the function.All spaces in Dance World are strictly no smoking and drug free.
In booking and/or paying a deposit to Dance World you agree to all the above Conditions of Hire.
