Our experienced and nurturing ballet teacher Shaynie is a RAD qualified teacher, who maintains her RAD qualification with ongoing CPD training, ensuring that our students receive the highest level of training.
At Dance World, we use the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) syllabus, which is widely recognized as one of the leading providers of ballet training. Our students will learn the proper technique and terminology, as well as the artistry and expression of ballet.
We believe that all children should be encouraged to do ballet, as it gives them the best technically based start to dance. Ballet classes are not only great exercise for the body but also help to improve focus, discipline and self-confidence. Exams are offered but are not compulsory, so children can participate in ballet class for the love of dance and not for the pressure of exams.
